What technology do I need to access the courses?
You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection. For live sessions, a webcam and microphone are recommended.
Can I access courses on my phone or tablet?
Absolutely. Our learning platform is mobile-friendly, so you can study anywhere, anytime.
Do I need to download any special software?
Most courses run directly in your web browser. Live sessions use popular platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and we’ll provide easy-to-follow setup instructions.
What should I do if I forget my login details?

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Are your certificates recognized by employers or industry bodies?

Can I add my certificate to my LinkedIn profile?
